Corporate Game Show FAQs
Game Show Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about booking and running a game show event.
Participation and Customization
How many guests can play the game?
We design our game shows so everyone can be part of the action. Many of our formats use wireless keypads, allowing every guest in the room to participate. Our Best of the Best game show is a great example, combining keypad participation with a live game show experience.
Can we write our own questions?
Yes. You can provide questions tailored to your business, messaging, or training goals.
Will you help us write questions?
Absolutely. We can help create questions that align with your event goals, audience, and overall message.
Hosting and Game Formats
Who will host our game show?
We offer a range of professional game show hosts, all with 10 or more years of experience. Celebrity hosts are also available for select events.
Can we provide our own host?
Yes. Many clients choose to have a company leader, trainer, or team member host the event. We work with them in advance so they understand the game and feel comfortable leading it.
Can we play more than one game?
Yes. We offer customizable packages that combine multiple games into one event. For example, Best of the Best starts as a group keypad game and then transitions into a live game show. We also offer variety packages that bundle two or more formats together.
Space, Equipment, and Timing
How much space is needed for the game show?
Space requirements vary depending on the game. Here are a few general guidelines for some of our standard shows:
- Face-Off! Small footprint, approximately 6 to 8 feet wide by 4 to 5 feet deep
- Game Show Mania Footprint varies from a small 6 by 8 foot setup to a much larger area depending on the show type and number of participants
- The Challenge, Ultimate Countdown, and Spin to Win Small and large versions are available, so please check with us for your setup needs
- Star Power Footprint varies from a small 6 by 6 foot setup to a much larger area depending on the format and number of participants
- Friendly Feud Medium footprint, approximately 15 feet wide by 6 feet deep
- In It To Win It Footprint ranges from a compact 6 by 6 foot trade show setup to a much larger event format
- Celebrity Tic Tac Toe Typically 12 to 15 feet wide by about 15 feet deep, with at least 12 feet of ceiling height
- Celebrity Squares Approximately 18 feet wide by 15 feet deep, with 15 feet of clearance for the low-profile version and 18 feet for the standard version
If you are unsure which setup is best for your venue, we are happy to help.
Do we need to provide any A/V equipment?
Not necessarily. If your venue already has A/V equipment being used for other parts of the event, we can often work with it. We also have a large inventory of professional sound equipment, projectors, screens, and backdrops that can be incorporated into your custom game show package as needed.
How long will the game show last?
There is no standard length because each event is different. Once we discuss your goals and objectives, we will recommend the ideal show length for your event.
